How to order fabric swatches
Fabric swatches can be ordered only through our online shop. We do not have the capacity to process individual requests made by email. The good news is, ordering online is quick and easy.
Are fabric swatches free?
- You get up to five samples free. You pay only postage.
- For more than five to fifteen samples, we charge a small fee (150 CZK at the current exchange rate).
When can’t we send them?
- We don’t send swatches when we have less then 5 meters of the fabric in stock (due to the likelihood of selling out before the swatch reaches you).
- If you have ordered multiple swatches and one of them cannot be sent for the above reason, we will still send the rest.
What size are fabric swatches?
- Fabric swatches are 8 x 12 cm (roughly 3 by 5 inches).
- If your order contains only fabric swatches, you’ll receive them in a plain envelope.
How to order
- Open the product detail page for the fabric you are considering.
- Click on “Order a sample.” You’ll find it just below the “Add to cart” button.
- The swatch is added to your shopping cart as “Sample” with a cost of 0.00.
- You can order up to five swatches free of charge.
- If you choose more than five swatches, you will be charged a small fee (150 CZK at the current exchange rate).
- Ready to send your order? Open your shopping cart and check out, choosing delivery and payment.
- If you have only swatches in your cart, choose “envelope” as your delivery option. You pay postage for a regular letter.
- When your swatches arrive, you will find a voucher enclosed too (50 CZK at the current exchange rate) to offset the cost of postage.
- That’s it! Once you’ve ordered, your swatches will wing their way to you and you can look for a regular letter envelope in your mailbox soon.
